1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Element Diary, including its store-listed versions such as "Element Diary: AlchemyMix Game" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

If you cannot legally agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them as required by applicable law.

2. The App and Your License

Element Diary is a casual element-combination and sticker-collection game. Its features include discovering elements, arranging elements and decorations, collecting stickers, using hints, receiving gameplay rewards, and saving progress.

Pocket Arcade Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial entertainment. The App's artwork, software, branding, and other content remain protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Google Play Games Sign-In

The App uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in and cloud saving. Google may sign you in automatically or ask you to select or authorize an account, depending on your Google settings and account status.

Cloud features require a supported Google Play Games account and service availability. Local gameplay remains available when cloud services cannot be used, subject to the App's local storage and recovery conditions.

You are responsible for selecting and maintaining access to the correct Google account. To protect saved progress, the App associates local cloud synchronization with a Play Games player identity. Changing accounts may pause synchronization. The App does not provide a feature for transferring saved progress between different Play Games accounts.

Google's terms and privacy policy apply to Google Play Games and Google account services.

4. Local Progress and Cloud Saving

The App stores progress on your device and synchronizes supported gameplay data through Google Play Games Saved Games. Cloud data includes discoveries, game-board and decoration layouts, stickers, hints, attendance rewards, and related save information.

Synchronization can happen automatically in the background. A recent change may not reach Google's servers immediately. Network interruptions, sign-in problems, service outages, device storage failures, and using multiple devices can delay or prevent synchronization.

The App may reconcile saved records automatically. Cloud saving is not an unlimited backup or a guarantee that every previous version of your progress can be recovered. Before switching devices or clearing app data, use the available cloud-save controls while connected and check for any reported problem.

Uninstalling the App, clearing its storage, or resetting progress can affect local records. Device backup or existing cloud data may restore records after reinstallation. An in-app progress reset preserves app preferences and Pro access and can synchronize reset progress; it is not the same as deleting your Google account or every record held by Google.

5. Pro Purchases and Purchase Restoration

The App offers Pro access through Google Play Billing. The purchase screen describes the current price and included benefits before you confirm a purchase.

Google Play processes payments. Purchase ownership is associated with the Google Play account used for the purchase. This account can differ from your Google Play Games account.

The App checks purchase ownership automatically and provides a purchase-restoration option. Restoration may require the original purchasing account, an internet connection, and a successful response from Google Play. A cloud game save does not establish ownership of Pro.

Refunds and other purchase remedies are subject to applicable law and Google Play's policies. You may contact us or Google Play for purchase assistance. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Advertisements, Rewards, and Virtual Items

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and offers rewarded-ad opportunities. Rewards depend on the conditions shown in the App and a successful reward confirmation. Ad availability can vary.

Stickers, hints, rewards, and other gameplay items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not interfere with the App or its services, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate purchases or advertising rewards, introduce malicious software, or use exploits that harm the service or other users.

You must not copy, distribute, or modify protected App content without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

8. Privacy and Support

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of local progress, Google Play Games data, advertising and billing information, and support records.

The App can store error information locally to help diagnose problems. You choose whether to copy and send that information to us. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

9. Updates and Service Availability

We may update the App to fix problems, change features or game balance, maintain compatibility, or improve the service. Connected features also depend on Google and other infrastructure outside our control.

We aim to maintain reliable gameplay and saving, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or recovery of every lost record. Changes to paid benefits remain subject to applicable law and the purchase terms.

10. Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not make additional warranties beyond those required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Ending Use

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Ending use does not automatically delete data retained by Google or cancel a completed purchase.

12. Changes to These Terms

We will update the date above when these Terms change. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of your place of residence.
